Jessica Renee Hofman a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico has always been an active fitness enthusiast. She has a background in gymnastics, volleyball, basketball and track-n-field and is a former youth volleyball coach. The mother of 4 beautiful children, Jessica began training with kettlebells after the birth of baby #4. She began training with Zar Horton and like him, quickly developed a passion for the Hardstyle kettlebell training. Jessica has been a Russian kettlebell instructor since April 2010 and recently certified for her Level II Instructor certification.
Jessica was featured in Oxygen Magazine’s January 2011 issue and is a Nationally Ranked Fitness Competitior as well as the 2010 Miss Bikini New Mexico Champion.
One of Jessica’s goals is to become a fitness role model, especially to her children, so they will always live a healthy and fit life and continue to make it an exciting part of their journey through life. She would also like to inspire and educate other women and mothers out there that it is possible to be a “Mom/Fit Woman” and take time to enjoy exercising and supporting a healthy lifestyle for her family.
